We understand that plans sometimes change. At Art & Ton, we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Here's how refunds for our workshops and events work.

1. Cancellation by you

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event: Full refund

• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund

2. Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel or postpone an event, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to attend another event of your choice.

3. Special circumstances
We know life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected happens, please contact us – we'll do our best to help.

Simply send us an email with your booking information and we will process the refund as quickly as possible.
